Sec. 166-293. - Posting. Ali permits issued under this article shall be prominently and openly posted in close proximity to the work allowed by the permit for the duration of the permit or until the work is complete. Sec. 18Q-284. - Revvcation of permlts. For any noncomptlance with o� for violations of its terms, any permit issued under this article may be revoked by the county after notice of the intent to do so has been fumished by the county and opportunity afforded within 30 days for the permit holder to request administrative and public hearings. DIVISION 3. DOCKS AND SIMILAR STRUCTURES. Sec. '166-321. - Dock perrnit requirements and restrictions. (a) No persun shall construct any dvck or other obstruction to navigatfon wlthin the waters of the wunty without having first obtained a permit for such construction from the county. (b) Live-aboard facilities shall not be permitted without the appropriate infrastructure and solid waste facilities to support equivalent residential units. (c) The county, based on the location of natural resources, encourages, and may require, the use of a single mooring facility at apartments, condominiums, zero lot line attached units, and cooperative apartments, or where cumulative impacts would invoke section 188-282(e).
