Re: Blackwood Appeal to CDB; 801 Bav Esplanade Dock Matter
Dear Mr. Tefft and Ms. Hauck-Baker:
This letter will confirm several phone calls and emails stating that my client wishes to withdraw
the pending appeal of his dock permit denial to the CDB. Per my discussions with Mr. Delk,
Mr. Blackwood is revising his application to call for a smaller dock. I have already shared a digital
drawing of the revised plan with Mr. Delk and Melissa.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any other data.. I am waiting to hear from Melissa as to
what additional materials, if any, will be needed to move the revised plan along since most of the
background materials submitted are still applicable.
