12/18/1989 TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEES' PENSION FUND MEETING
December 18, 1989
The City Commission, meeting as the Board of Trustees of the Employees Pension Fund, met in regular session at City Hall, Monday, December 18, 1989 at 9:07 A.M., with the following
members present:

ITEM #2 - Minutes:
Trustee Winner moved to approve the minutes of the December 4, 1989, meeting. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM #3 - Request for Acceptance into Membership:
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Pension Advisory Committee to approve membership for the employees listed below:
a) Robert Maltas
b) Terence Kelly
c) Marvin Henry
d) Linda McKinley
e) David Koscielniak
f) James Demet
g) Susan Piatt
h) Anthony Diliberti
i) Dorothy Slupski
j) Lois Maroon
k) Iracema Drysdale

o) Robert Brumback
p) Gerald Adams

H.M. Laursen, Personnel Director, stated that Robert Brumback is currently an unclassified employee, however, when he was employed he was a classified employee over 45 years of age
and able to request acceptance into membership.
Trustee Winner moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory Committee. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM #4 - Request for Denial of Membership:
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Pension Advisory Committee to deny membership for the employee listed below:
a) Paul Gray
Trustee Winner moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory Committee. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM #5 - Request for Pension to be granted:
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Pension Advisory Committee to grant the employees listed below a regular pension under Section(s) 26.34 and/or 26.37 of the Employees'
Pension Plan:
a) George J. Luteran
b) Alan U. Smith
Trustee Regulski moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory Committee. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
