8554-14ORDINANCE NO. 8554-14 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED GENERALLY EAST OF DOUGLAS AVENUE AND WEST OF KINGS HIGHWAY, NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND SOUTH OF UNION STREET, CONSISTING OF PORTIONS OF SECTION 03 TOWNSHIP 29 N, RANGE 15 E, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESSES ARE 1940 NORTH BETTY LANE, 1258 SEDEEVA CIRCLE NORTH, 1978 NORTH BETTY LANE, 2084 LANTANA AVENUE, 2075 THE MALL, 1241 UNION STREET, ALL IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33755, TOGETHER WITH CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAYS OF: NORTH BETTY LANE, SEDEEVA CIRCLE NORTH AND LANTANA AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTAL (LMDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) (ATA2014- 01001) The maps attached as Exhibit B and C are hereby incorporated by reference. Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 8552 -14.
