of a CDB meeting/hearing currently set for April 15, 2014. As my client is presently pursuing other
solutions to the dock issue, we kindly request that the appeal hearing be deferred. My client is seeking a
ninety (90) day delay, which I think would mean a resetting for your July hearing. Kindly confirm that
this is agreeable and let me know the new hearing date.
