I Administration
The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. at the Village Inn on Gulf to Bay Blvd.
ITEM #A Approval of Minutes – April 19, 2000.
Member Rhame moved to approve the minutes of April 19, 2000 as submitted. Member Stowell duly seconded the motion.
ACTION: Approved. Carried unanimously.
II Member Liaison Reports
All reports were postponed until the June meeting.
III City Correspondence
ITEM #C1– Equibore of America, Inc. Report (Fax to K. Killian – A follow up report in reference to the dumping that took place on the Connolly property was provided for members’ information.
ITEM #C2 – E-mail to City Commission of EAB Recommendations – A copy of the e-mail sent to the Commission with the Board’s recommendations for approval was submitted.
IV Monthly Site Plan Assessment Review Summary
ITEM #D - Monthly Site Plan Assessment Review Summary – Postponed until June meeting.

ITEM #E2i – Tour of Cooper’s Point Project (Terry Finch, presenter)
Ms. Finch led the board on a walking tour of Cooper’s Point pointing out re-planted areas that were done by local volunteers. She also answered questions regarding future use of the
site, specifically access to the area and the on-going process of restoring the area to its natural state. Board members were told about use of native species and conservation of resources
currently on site. The effects of the site on local birds and fish were also demonstrated.
