Dear Mr. Stone:
The lots referenced above, it presently owned by Clearwater Neighborhood Housing Services,
Inc. (CNHS). The purpose for acquiring these lots are to provide homes for low and moderate
income families. In developing these lots, we would like to made the best use of the land area, and
this will require dividing the property in a different direction.
You will notice by the surveys enclosed, that these lots dominions are 50'x125' , and they run
from the east to west. The present configuration will require a variance to develop lot 19.
Therefore, we are requesting approval to divide the lots as depicted on the enclosed surveys.
A north south division would allow for an east lot with a width 70'x 100', and a west lot with a
width of 55'xl 00'. Based on our determination, this configuration will allow the most effective
use of the property with no variance required.
Enclosed you will find a check in the amount of$150.00, which I have been informed is the
proper fee for such review, if this is incorrect, please advise promptly.
A timely response will be appreciated.

Dear Mr. Robinson:
Staff reviewed your application for an Administrative Lot Division. The lot division will
change the orientation of Lots 18 and 19, Block B, Fairmont Subdivision from east-west
to north-south, The sizes will change from 6,250 square feet each to the following:
1, The east lot shall measure 7,000 square feet; and
2. The west lot shall measure 5,500 square feet.
The proposed lot division meets the standards and requirements of the Community
Development Code and, through this letter, your application for an Administrative Lot
Division is approved.
Please be aware that the issuance of this letter does not relieve you of your responsibility
to obtain any building permits that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of
any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you
when applying for any permits or licenses which require this prior development approval.
A copy of your request will be forwarded to the City's Public Works Administration and
the Tax Roll Department of the Pinellas County Property Appraisers Office
