Dear Mr. Cohen:
Staff reviewed your application for an Administrative Lot Division. The lot division will
create two lots of 5,050 square feet with 50 feet of width each from one lot of 10,100
square feet with 100 feet of width. The proposed lot division meets the standards and
requirements of the Community Development Code and, through this letter, your
application for an Administrative Lot Division is approved.
Please be aware that the issuance of this letter does not relieve you of your responsibility
to obtain any building permits that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of
any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you
when applying for any permits or licenses which require this prior development approval.
A copy of your request will be forwarded to the City's Public Works Administration and
the Tax Roll Department of the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Office.
