The Development Review Committee will review the applications for sufficiency on April

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a resident of 1 Kapok Terrace -1331 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater. I
live across from Alligator Creek, which flows into Alligator Lake, which flows into
the Bay. There is a small parcel of land located along Alligator Creek that has
proposed high-density housing to be constructed on it. This land is home to all types
of native wildlife including nesting Eagles, Bobcats, an Egret rookery, alligators,
and numerous varieties of waterfowl and flora.
Currently the Alligator Creek Implementation - Project Channel B Stabilization -
Mocassin Lake Park Sediment Sump and Rehydration -
City of Clearwater Public Works Department Project is under way along with the
support of Pine lias County and the Southwest Florida Water Management. The
project managers are a Mr. Boler (727) 462-6585X265 and a Mr. Johnson (727) 562-
4780.
How will this proposed development impact the Alligator Creek renovation project,
not to mention the money wasted on this project if this high-density housing project
is allowed to go forward? How will flooding be avoided in my area? What will
happen to the wetlands? What will happen to the ordinary high water line to
protect the water quality?
Time is critical.
I would appreciate any suggestions you may have to help put a stop to this
development.
