The purpose of this letter is to outline the outstanding issues that need to be addressed
related to the landscaping of the property at 605 South Greenwood Avenue. They
include the following:
· Installation of an irrigation system, as required by the approved landscape plan;
· Installation of additional landscaping in accord with the approved landscape plan;
along the Greenwood Avenue street frontage;
· Replacement of all dead or dying landscape material;
· Installation of additional perimeter landscaping to create an adequate buffer/hedge
(viburnums planted 36 inches on center);
· Submission of an as-built landscape plan, upon completion of the requirements as
stated above.
Your assistance in finalizing the above mentioned items would be greatly appreciated.
When completed, please contact Scott Kurleman, Land Resource Specialist for a final
inspection. Pending satisfactory findings, the cash surety you provided to secure a
conditional occupancy permit will be returned to you.

Dear Mr. Cournoyer,
Upon review of your townhomes project located at 605 S. Greenwood it is evident that final
inspections for building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical have passed and required fees to date have been
paid.
The remaining requirement for issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for this project is for the
landscaping to be completed according to the approved site plan. We have issued Conditional Certificates
of Occupancy for this project with the understanding that the landscape requirements will be met within
one month of the date of this letter.
In order to secure this condition for the C of 0' s we have requested and received payment worth
125% of the amount that your contractor has quoted you for meeting the landscape requirements. The
amount quoted by your contractor is $6,442.00. The amount received from you in order to secure this
condition was $8,052.50. Upon satisfying the landscape requirements within the stipulated time frame this
payment will be processed to be refunded to you.
