2) Don would like the board of realtors site to be a part of this plat - recommendation;
3) Looks like a real nice situation per mike gust
4) More information is needed. An open space impact fee is due if replatting increases size of property one acre or
more and development increases floor area 50 percent or more. Need to know size of existing building(s);
CONDITION; PAY AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT
5) Need to make sure the comer clip covers all pedestrian and traffic signal needs - Arlena said she has
accommodated the county's needs
6) Arelena wants to vacate a city a drainage and utility easement that runs through the site (L-shaped) - this takes
