Sign Program to enable signage as follows:
1. Freestanding Sign (monument-style), 64 square feet each side, 12 feet III
height.
The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the sign as
submitted and as shown within the Comprehensive Sign Program application plan set for
SGN2004-01006, revision submittal received on February 6,2004. (This application plan
set is on file), subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of Approval:
1. That the freestanding sign is to be located within a 12 square foot landscaped
area;
2. That the landscaping be maintained;
3. That the visibility of the address numbers on the freestanding sign base be
maintained;
4. That the freestanding sign's plaza name area consist of green letters on a white
background;
5. That the green colors on the sign match the green color of the building's roof;
6. That the sign have no electronic message area;
7. That the existing freestanding sign be removed at time of the installation of
the new sign; and

(1) year of the date of this Development Order (February 18, 2005). All required building
approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial
building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
The issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity to obtain
any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to facilitate the
issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this
letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior
development approval.

I am providing comments to your Comprehensive Sign Program application submittal (see above subject case).
~. The proposed freestanding sign needs to be located within a minimum of a 12 square foot landscaped area.
~, hat The specification sheet needs to show color of tenant lettering within the tenant areas of the freestanding sign.

The specification sheet needs to provide a scale. Is the drawing to scale?
& The address does not need the street name. Increase the size of the address number.
~ The specification sheet should show a side view of the proposed freestanding sign, with dimensions.
~. Explain sign lighting. What part of the sign will be illuminated?
<.1. What are the dimensions of the existing sign?
Va. Revise the color of the sign to be consistent with building colors.
J9. Your submittal shows a photo of the building being remodeled. What are the colors to be after the remodel?
J Please provide a rendering of the remodel or elevations to show all building colors.
10. The proposed sign needs to follow what is stated within the architectural theme section within the Comprehensive
Sign Program (Section 3-1807). The proposed sign needs to be consistent and integrated architecturally with the
remodeled building.
11. As this is a Comprehensive Sign Program submittal, the proposed sign needs to consist of materials that are
demonstrably more attractive than signs otherwise permitted. As such, revise the submittal to not include the electronic
message area.
