That a sign inspection, to be requested by the applicant, be performed by Staff to verify removal of all nonconforming signs prior to the issuance of any permits; and 3. That a landscape plan, which provides 12 square feet of landscaping around the base of the freestanding sign, be submitted prior to issuance of a permit, and that any landscaping be installed prior to final inspection of the sign. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order (March 15, 2003). All required building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners. Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
