a. The signs proposed in a Comprehensive Sign Program shall be designed as a part of the architectural theme of the
principal buildings proposed or developed on the parcel proposed for the development and shall be constructed of
materials and colors which reflect an integrated architectural vocabulary for the parcel proposed for development.

statement of authorization consenting to the sign placement or, if the property or building upon which the sign is to be located is leased, a copy of the executed
lease shall accompany the application form. In the event the building or property is leased and the application form is signed by an individual other than the
lessor, the application shall be accompanied by a notarized statement of authorization signed by the lessor consenting to the sign placement and a copy of the

. Secondary frontage building width: originally listed as 90 feet and now as 45 feet
. Secondary frontage building fa((ade: originally listed as 1.530 sq.ft. and now as 720 sq.ft.
I also need to know the area of the fayade for each use. In other words. what is the area of the

I need a fresh application resubmitted with all the revised square footages for the Black Swan and
One-Stop Printing signs only. We can't issue an approval for a sign for a vacant retail space
when we don't know exactly what it is that we are approving.
The application should also reflect the exact locations of the proposed signs. The perspectives
submitted show the One-Stop Printing sign extending into the vacant storefront.
What I need the sign pennit application, comprehensive sign program application, scaled,
rendered drawings of each sign. perspectives that accuratelv show the position of each sign.
What I've got at this point has gotten too complicated for me to explain properly to my
supervisor so I'd like to start fresh.
Make sure that the request is ONLY for two signs of 10 square feet each for One-Stop Printing
and one sign of 21 square feet for Black Swan. Make sure that all applications are completely
filled out and extremely clear as to the request - at any given time we've got about two dozen or
so applications runninlZ across our desks and if it takes too much time to figure them out we must
move on to the next one.

On February 6,~ Planning Staff reviewed your application for a Comprehensive Sign
Program (CSP) to increase the area and number of permitted attached signs for one
business (One-Stop Printing) located with a shopping center from one sign of 10 square
feet to two signs of 18 square feet each. One sign will be located along the south fa<;ade
of the building along Gulf to Bay Boulevard and the second sign will be located along the
west fa<;ade along Highland Avenue. Both signs will read "ONE-STOP PRINTING".
The sign will include the words "One" and "Printing as white channel letters with the
word "Stop" located within a red stop-sign.
The second request is for an increase in the area of a permitted sign from 10.72 square
feet to 20 square feet. The sign will read "BLACK SW AN FURNITURE' in white letters
on a black background and will be located on the south fa<;ade along Gulf to Bay
