1:1 Provide complete responses to the COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM CRITERIA:
1. Architectural Theme.
a. The signs proposed in a Comprehensive Sign Program shall be designed as a part of the architectural theme of the
principal buildings proposed or developed on the parcel proposed for the development and shall be constructed of
materials and colors which reflect an integrated architectural vocabulary for the parcel proposed for development.

This has got to be the right combination for the free standing! Take a look and let me know,
please.
On remaining questions:
a. The brown strip is not a stripe. It is a light bar fixture that attaches together that may appear on
the drawings to look like a nice paiQ.ted stripe.
b. The tri-color striping is not internally illuminated.
c. The 7-11 letter is in the works for the non-trademark, non-registered rights, non-copy-written
tri-color strip.

Dear Mr. Pressman:
On May 3, 2002, the Planning Staff reviewed your application for a Comprehensive Sign
Program (CSP) for the following three signs:
Freestanding signage:
1. To permit an increase in the area for a monument sign from 17 square feet to 32
square feet. The sign will read "7-ELEVEN" with orange, green and red letters on a
white background with a green border. The sign will also read "CITGO" with logo
and gasoline pricing. The gasoline prices will be in white letters on a red background.
The sign will be six feet in height mounted on a masonry base three feet in height and
finished to match the color of the building. It will be located at the northwest corner
of the property.
Attached signage:
1. To permit an increase in the number and area of attached signage from one sign of 10
square feet to two signs of 16 square feet each. The signs will read "7-ELEVEN"
with orange, green and red letters on a white background with a green border and will
be attached to the north and west fa<;ades along Seville Boulevard and U.S. Highway
19 North, respectively.
The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the attached
sign and freestanding signs as submitted (see attached).

Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one
(1) year of the date of this Development Order (May 3, 2003). All required building
approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial
building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the
necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to
facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a
copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this
