I did meet with Gerry Raymond, CMA Foundation and two CMA Board members on Wednesday morning. We discussed the contents in John Schodtler's letter to CMA dated 11/24/04. CMA's specific requests are as follows: 1. Would like to have us waive application fee of $730.00. Their finances are very stressed during this time of the year due to low patronage. 2. Since they are selling some of their property to the residential development next door to them, can they provide a sign and sealed survey when this transaction is complete in early 2005? Want to avoid survey cost twice if possible. 3. Currently application deadline is 12/22/04. Can this deadline be extended indefinitely until paragraph is accomplished? The above issues are what we need to discuss on Thursday or Friday when you return. The other concern they have is there anything else we expect to ask them to address in their application. For example, do they need a structure on the storage space they're using to store boats? This area has previously received complaints for an adjacent property owners. Thanks. 12/16/2004 L' '\ .I Page 2 of2 1 Bill Home 12/16/2004 Page 1 of 1 Schodtler, John From: Horne, William Sent: Wednesday, December 15, 2004 11 :08 AM To: Gerlock, Chip Cc: Tarapani, Cyndi; Schodtler, John Subject: Clearwater Marine Aquarium Case-FLS2004-1107-271 Windward Importance: High Chip, Hope you feel better soon.
