The sign will read "ENCOREBANK A TM" and will be attached to the north fa~ade of the existing building along Eastland Boulevard. The sign will have white, channel letters attached directly to the building. The "0" in "ENCORE" will be a stylized, blue circle with white sunburst. The letters "A TM" will be black within a white background. An architectural raceway will underline the letters. The proposed signage is consistent with the color, style and placement of other signage in this portion of the shopping complex. The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the signs as submitted (see attached), with the following two conditions: 1. That the architectural raceway color match the other raceways within the shopping center; and 2. That the existing sign be removed and the building fa~ade be repaired with a smooth finish and same building color, as necessary. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order (April 29, 2003). All required building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
