The subject properties are located within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and upon annexation will be served by City of Clearwater sanitary sewer service. The proposed annexations are consistent with Florida law regarding municipal annexations through their adjacency with existing city boundaries and are compact in concentration. The subject of this application are two parcels 0.46-acres in area consisting of Lots 7, 8, 15 and 16 which were intended to be included with the original application (ANX2004-08014) but were inadvertently omitted. Approval of this application (ANX2004-08014A) will correct that omission and bring these four lots into the City of Clearwater.
