boundary survey prepared, signed and sealed by a land surveyor currently registered in the
State of Florida.
Proof of ownership, including a copy of the deed, title insurance policy, or other instrument
demonstrating ownership (Only 1 copy is required).
Names of all persons or corporations having a contractual interest in the property.
A copy of any existing deed restrictions to which the City is a part relating to the property.
Any request for a rezoning which is inconsistent with the Future Land Use designation in the
Comprehensive Plan must be accompanied by an application for a Future Land Use Plan

facilities for Carlouel. Carlouel has a fixed membership and the rezoning and
development of the subject site is preferable to development of the site with two (2)
additional homes, which would be available under existing zoning, and increase actual
density and intensity of use in the area.

The available uses to which the property may be put are appropriate. They will be a
continuation of the yacht club that has been operationally at this site for approximately
seventy (70) years.
(3) The amendment does not conflict with the needs and character of the neighborhood
and the City.

should result in no increased demands on the community at large, which development of
the subject property as zoned would in fact do.

Dear Mr. Cline:
On February 23, 2005, the above referenced applications were filed with our office.
While the LUZ2005-02003 case was found to be complete, the other two cases were
found to be incomplete (FLD2005-02022/DVA2005-00002). You were given to March 7,
2005, to resubmit the incomplete information for these applications to make them
"complete" to stay on the same review schedule. Apparently there was some discussion
at that time with Marc Mariano to delay resubmittal for one month.
Time has elapsed approximately 10 months and there has been no resubmittal of
information to make these applications complete to proceed with the review process. We
would appreciate resubmitting information to make these applications "complete" by
noon on February 24, 2006. Alternately, it would be appropriate to submit a letter
withdrawing these applications from further review. Should you withdraw the
applications, we would refund the application fees submitted ($885 for the LUZ, $1205
for the FLD and $500 for the DV A).
