Dear Mr. Gullick:
As we discussed on the telephone last week, the purpose of this letter is to
confirm signage approval for the site at 1712 North Ft. Harrison Avenue,
regarding Sunshine Food Store. As approved through the attached Development
Order on October 19, 2001, the Comprehensive Sign Program for that site
includes a 25 square foot attached sign as part of a sign box design. In this
case, the sign box as submitted was approved. This includes the text and "white
ends". No changes or modifications to the sign may be made, unless approved
by the City. Please understand, however, that the area for this type of sign is
calculated based on the entire box. This clarification may impact other sign
proposals in which you have an interest.

be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted
time frames do not change with successive owners.

to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to facilitate the
