2. Height. The maximum height of all signs proposed in a Comprehensive Sign Program is twelve (12) feet provided,
however, that a single attached sign with a sign face of no more than twelve (12) square feet may be erected up to the
height of the principal building.

Dear Mr. Khojasteh:
On June 27, 2002, the Planning Staff reviewed your application for a Comprehensive
Sign Program (CSP) associated with SGN2002-05006 to increase the area of a permitted
attached sign from 9.71 square feet to 40 square feet (4.12% of the fa<;ade). The sign
will read "Don Pancho Villa Market" and will be attached to the north fa<;ade along Drew
Street approximately eight feet from the top of the building. The sign will have white
channel letters on a brick colored background. The application for the Comprehensive
Sign Program has been approved for the attached sign as submitted (see attached) with
the following condition:
1. That all existing attached signs be removed prior to final inspection. The sign to be
removed is an attached cabinet sign, which reads "Don Pancho Villa Market &
Bakery", located on the west fa<;ade, and is 20 square feet;
Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one
(1) year of the date of this Development Order (June 27, 2003). All required building
approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial
building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
