The sign will read "TURTLE'S MUSIC & DVD" in red, channel letters on a raceway painted to match the building. The sign will be located on the north fa<;ade of the building. There are no other attached signs in association with this business. The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the sign as submitted (attached) with the following condition: 1) That all other provisions of the Code relative to signs be met. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order (November 22, 2003). All required building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners. Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
