As Agent of Countryside Shoppes, LLC, the below signature authorizes Greater Bay Area Signs to install
a fascia sign at the above referenced location.
Signage shall be installed by a licensed and insured sign contractor and electrician who will obtain all
permits and follow all applicable County, State and Federal laws, codes and/or statutes required.
Only U.L. rated and non-corrosive materials will be used. Contractors shall install the signage per the
drawings and City/County's approval. No additional penetrations shall be made to the facade without
prior authorization from AgenUOwner. Any existing penetrations which will not be used, will be repaired
and painted to match the existing finish.
All costs for this installation shall be the sole responsibility of The Music Network, Inc., d/b/a Turtle's
Music & DVD.
Tenant shall hold harmless United American Realty Corp. and the Owner of the above referenced
shopping center.
Immediately upon completion of sign installation, tenant shall forward a copy of approved permit and
drawing for Owner's records.

Dear Mr. Whitehurst:
On November 18, 2002, the Planning Staff reviewed your application for a
Comprehensive Sign Program to increase the area of a proposed attached sign from 30.5
square feet (one percent of the building fa<;ade facing the street frontage from which the
property is addressed) to 48 square feet (1.57 percent of the building fa<;ade facing the
street frontage from which the property is addressed). The sign will read "TURTLE'S
MUSIC & DVD" in red, channel letters on a raceway painted to match the building. The
sign will be located on the north fa<;ade of the building. There are no other attached signs
in association with this business. The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program
has been approved for the sign as submitted (attached) with the following condition:
1) That all other provisions of the Code relative to signs be met.
Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one
(1) year of the date of this Development Order (November 22, 2003). All required
building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the
initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the
necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to
facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a
copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this
prior development approval.
