The sign will be located on the north facade of the existing building (Cleveland Plaza). The sign will read "RENT WAY" and will include red letters on a mustard-yellow race way. The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the attached signs as submitted on December 13, 2001 (see attached) with the following two conditions: 1. That the raceway be of taupe color to match the color of the building; and 2. That the existing sign be removed and the building fa<;ade be repaired with a smooth finish and taupe color. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order (February 28,2003). All required building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners. Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required.
