Dear Mr. Creenan:
On June 26, 2002, the Planning Staff reviewed your application for a Comprehensive
Sign Program (CSP) to replace an existing, 70 square foot attached sign currently located
on the south fa<;ade of the building. The existing channel letter sign is located between
the second and third floors of the building. The proposed sign is 101.7 square feet (1.25%
of building fa<;ade) and will be placed on the south elevation, between the third and fourth
floors. The proposed sign will read "FIRST NATIONAL BANK" in blue letters on a
routed aluminum panel and will include a new red, white, and blue logo. The application
for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the attached sign as
submitted on May 15, 2002 with the condition that the two existing 32 square foot, 15
foot tall freestanding signs (at the north and south entrances) be replaced with two new 24
square foot, four foot tall monument signs (per approved permit SGN2002-06003), prior
to final inspection of the proposed attached sign.
Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one
(1) year of the date of this Development Order (June 27, 2003). All required building
approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial
building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners.
