The sign will read "PARTY CITY" in orange, blue, yellow, red and green letters attached to a raceway to be painted the same color as the building. An existing 75 square foot attached sign is located on the same fa<;ade in association with Burdines Furniture Gallery tenant space approved under a separate comprehensive sign program application. That sign constitutes 1.4 percent of the fa<;ade associated with Burdines Furniture Gallery. The application for the Comprehensive Sign Program has been approved for the sign as submitted (attached) with the following conditions: 1) That the raceway be painted to match the color of the building; 2) That any freestanding sign or use/reuse of an existing freestanding sign be reviewed under an amended comprehensive sign program application; and 3) That all other applicable portions of the sign code be met. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order (November 8, 2003). All required building approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners. Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity to obtain any building permits or pay any fees that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
