01/21/1988 `COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING`
January 21, 1988
The City Commission, met as the Community Redevelopment Agency at the City
Hall, Thursday, January 21, 1988, at 6:00 p.m., with the following members present:
Rita Garvey Mayor/Commissioner
James Berfield Vice Mayor/Commissioner
Lee Regulski Commissioner
Don Winner Commissioner
William Nunamaker Commissioner
Also Present were:
Elizabeth S. Haeseker Acting City Manager
Milton A. Galbraith, Jr. City Attorney
Cynthia Goudeau City Clerk
ITEM #2 Minutes Commissioner Nunamaker moved to approve the minutes of the November 19, 1987, meeting. `Motion` was duly seconded and `carried` unanimously.
ITEM #3 Six (6) Foot Sidewalk Easement. The South six feet of Lots 4 thru and including 8, Gibsons Clearwater Heights Subdivision, Clearwaer, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 99 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
The Community Redevelopment Agency owns the property formerly known as
the CETA building located at 1180 Cleveland Street. While currently there is no problem regarding public access to the sidewalk located on the property, the City is requesting a sidewalk
easement. The granting of this easement will assure continued public access to the sidewalk in the event the property is sold for development as is hoped.
Commissioner Winner moved to grant the easement to the City. `Motion` was duly seconded and `carried` unanimously.
