The subject properties are located within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and upon the annexation will be served by City of Clearwater sanitary sewer service. The proposed annexations are consistent with Florida law regarding municipal annexations through their adjacency with existing city boundaries and are compact in concentration, or are located in an enclave that is surrounded by city property on all sides and is within the borders of the City's planning area. The proposed annexation at 2525 Druid Road has a Future Land Use Plan amendment involved with it. BRIAN J.
