Weare withdrawing our application for annexation at this time due to the delays
concerning re-zoning and the uncertainty of this being approved. We have decided it is
in our best interest to proceed to build within the county and to address the annexation at
a later time if necessary.
In order to proceed with the county, we need a letter from the city stating that we
cannot receive city sewer service unless we annex into the city. We would be most
grateful if you could please send the letter to:

Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the County Ordinance No. 00-63, the City of Clearwater is hereby
notifying the Pinellas Planning Council of its receipt of four (4) new applications for voluntary
annexations of real properties located at 1263 Keene Road South; 1830 Beverly Circle; 180
Pinewood Avenue; and 2295 McMullen Booth Road, respectively, into its jurisdiction. The
subject properties are located within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and upon the
annexation will be served by City of Clearwater sanitary sewer service. The proposed
annexations are consistent with Florida law regarding municipal annexations through their
adjacency with existing city boundaries and are compact in concentration. None of the proposed
annexations has a Future Land Use Plan amendment involved with it.
