Closed Attorney/Client Session
June 28,2006
The City Council of the City of Clearwater met in closed session at City Hall,
Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 5:30 p.m., with the following members present:

The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced a closed session would be held
for the purpose of discussing litigation regarding David Allbritton, individually, and on
behalf of all others similarly situated, Plaintiffs, vs. City of Clearwater. This meeting is
exempt from the provisions of the Sunshine Law.
The entire session was recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be
made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation.
The closed session adjourned at approximately 6:05 p.m
