Describe in detail the source of matching funds which must be at least 50% of the grant request (in-kind and/or cash with a minimum of one-half in cash) and how the funds will be used: Over 80 volunteers donated 300+ hours last year, with more anticipated. Sponsorships, both cash and in-kindt Entry fees: Plan on 120 participants, budgeted for 100 p~ying $50 each, with 20 full or partial scholarships. C.
