Knology accepts the terms and conditions of the attached franchise agreement between
the City of Clearwater and Knology Broadband of Florida, Inc. We appreciate the
opportunity to continue to provide competitive broadband services to your community.
These services are deployed using our fully upgraded state-of-the-art broadband network.
We plan to continue to provide competitive rates to our subscribers and to continue to
make customer service a top priority.
I would like to thank you, Robin, and Shawn for conducting a fair and quick negotiation
process. I look forward to continuing the strong positive relationship between the City of
Clearwater and Knology. Please direct any requests for additional information to me, and

UPS Internet Shipping: View/Print label
1. Print the label(s}: Select the Print button on the print dialog box that appears. Note: If
your browser does not support this function select Print from the File menu to print the label.
2. Fold the printed label at the dotted line. Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you
do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire
label.
3. GETTING YOUR SHIPMENT TO UPS
Customers without a Daily Pickup
Schedule a same day or future day Pickup to have a UPS driver pickup all of your Internet
Shipping packages.
Hand the package to any UPS driver in your area.
Take your package to The UPS Store™, Customer Center or Authorized Shipping Outlet.
Drop off your Air Shipments including Worldwide Express SM at one of our 50,000 UPS
locations.
Customers with a Daily Pickup
" Your driver will pickup your shipment(s) as usual.
