Re: Facility Leasing Agreement between City of Clearwater (Long Center) and
All Children's Hospital, Inc.
Dear Ms. Lipowski:
It has come to our attention that the pool at the Long Center will be closing in the very
near future. Therefore, pursuant to Section 5 of the aforementioned Facility Leasing Agreement
dated January 26, 2004 we are notifying you of termination effective April 30, 2006.
We have appreciated the opportunity to offer services in Clearwater and we want to thank
the Long Center for supporting the efforts and missions of All Children's Hospital.
