SUNSET POINT ROAD TO MONTCLAIR ROAD, INCLUDING ALL OF THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BELCHER ROAD,
MONTCLAIR ROAD, AND OLD COACHMAN ROAD , CONSISTING OF A
PORTION OF SECTION 06, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, INTO
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY
LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and
the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Right-of-way of North Belcher Road in Northwest quarter of Section 06, Township 29

Please be advised that the City of Clearwater is in receipt of applications for voluntary annexations for properties
located at 3119 Johns Parkway, 1942 N. Betty Lane, 1996 N. Betty Lane, 1235 Palm Street, and a portion of
ROW located at Belcher Road. The subject parcels and ROW's are located within the City of Clearwater Planning
Area and upon annexation into the City of Clearwater will be served by city sanitary sewer (when made available)
and solid waste service.
The proposed annexations are consistent with Florida law regarding municipal annexations pertaining to
contiguousness with existing city boundaries and compact concentration. A copy of the petitions for annexation
and related documents are enclosed.
