BACKGROUND: Administrative Change Order 1 increases and adds items according to field conditions. OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET DEPARTMENT REVIEW I recommend approval based on the administrative change order criteria: 1. Increases do not exceed 10% of the Council approved amount on a cumulative basis. 2. Change does not change the scope of the project. 3.
