The porch extends six (6.0) feet off the front of the building toward the property line, and has now been laid out into the building setback (6.0 feet) as shown in our tie-in survey. The front of the porch (currently a concrete slab) now sits 19.1 feet from the front property line (shown on survey). As the owner of Target Land Surveying, Inc., I would like to extend my sincerest apology for this mistake, and the direct delay it has caused the entire project.
