Mr. Tefft: I called you yesterday and again this morning but reached only your voicemail. I represent William Blackwood
re his appeal on dock permitting issues on his 801 Bay Esplanade property. This is on the agenda for the 12/17/13 CDB
meeting. As there are other discussions going on with the City that could resolve the issues in the appeal, we are
respectfully requesting that this be deferred another month. We will send the approp fee with a confirming letter.
