Perform Clearing and Grubbing as necessary , including removal of Selected trees, to construct new Parking Lot and Equestrian Trail . 2. Use only approved methods of Erosion Control and Water Treatment as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency , Southwest Florida Water Management District regulations and City of Clearwater and Pinellas County Standards , and as further described in all applicable site permits from these agencies. 3.
