THIS INDENTURE, Made this 15th day of August A.D., 1983 between
the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation created and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first
part, and Gwen V. Lord whose mailing address is 402 Gregory Drive,
Casselberry, Florida 32707 and Marcia E. Yowler whose mailing address
is Rt. 1 Box 219, Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340, parties of the
second part; ,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part has remised,
released, and quit-claimed, unto the said parties of the second part,
and their heirs forever, all the right, title and interest, which the
said party of the first part has in and to the following described
parcel of land, lying and being in Pinellas County, State of Florida
to wit: Spaces A, B, C and D, Lot 93, Block 9, Clearwater Cemetery,
as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County. Space D is
occupied by Francis Guy Wolcott.
This conveyance is subject to the condition that Grantee herein
shall not assign or convey said property without the written consent
of the Grantor, and to the further condition that said property shall
be used only for cemetery purposes as human burial sites and is also
subject to such other rules and regulations the City of Clearwater may
adopt pertaining to use of said described property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use, benefit, and
behoof of the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said City of Clearwater, a municipal corpora-
tion, has caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Mayor
Commissioner, by its City Manager, and to be attested an~ its corporate
seal affixed by its City Clerk on this the day and year first above
written.

We, Gwen V. Lord and Marcia Elaine Yowler, hereby swear
that we are the daughters of Mrs. Bertha Roberts Wolcott,-now
deceased.
We further state that as such we have claim to
Spaces A, B, C and D, Lot 93, Block 9 of Clearwater Cemetery,
said lot having been purchased by Mrs. Bertha Roberts Wolcott
in 1949.
Space D is occupied by Mr. Francis Guy Wolcott, our
father, and Spaces A, Band C remaln vacant.

has signed it and returned it to me in the enclosed envelope,
we will make a replacement cemetery deed. After recording,
the deed will fie sent to you.
