Setbacks: There will be no change in the existing setbacks. The esting reduced set back will contribute to a more active and dynamic street life by attracting people to the Raw Bar. It will result in an improved design and appearance by sprucing up the dull existing storefront into an inviting vibrant Mecca for the ect clientele the Beach by Design is trying to attract. There is no reduction in side or rear setbacks. 6. Tourist District Guidelines: The restaurant will meet the Beach by Design guidelines by creating an aesthetically pleasing design including architectural details such as stucco banding and awnings. The building will be an inviting place that attracts new customers. The landscaping will be in keeping with its tropical surroundings. Signage will be incorporated in the windows in a creative discrete manner. The sidewalks and street lighting are all esting and will remain. There will be no additional street furniture. Materials and colors will be in keeping with the Beach by Design guidelines.
