Please be advised that the City of Clearwater is in receipt of applications for voluntary annexations for properties
located at 1263 Palm Street (ANX2013-07022) and 2021 N. Betty Lane (ANX2013-07023). The subject parcels
are located within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and upon annexation into the City of Clearwater will be
served by city sanitary sewer (when made available) and solid waste service.
