Please be advised that the City of Clearwater is in receipt of applications for voluntary annexations for properties
located at 1974 N. Betty Lane (ANX2013-06013), 1947 Chenango Avenue (ANX2013-06012), 1949 Chenango
Avenue (ANX2013-06014), 2079 Lantana Avenue (ANX2013-06015), 1274 Palm Street (ANX2013-06016),
1206 Sheridan Road (ANX2013-06017) and 1327 State Street (ANX2013-06018). The subject parcels are located
within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and upon annexation into the City of Clearwater will be served by
city sanitary sewer (when made available) and solid waste service.
