in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the

County, Florida:
Begin at SW corner of SEt of SEt of Section 36, Township
28 South, Range 15 East, run North 459 feet to P. O. B. ; thence
North 270 feet; thence East 590 feet; thence South 135 feet;
thence West 190 feet; thence South 135 feet; thence West 400
feet to the P. O. B.
This easement being for right-of-way purposes.

This easement is given subject to the following conditions, which conditions
if breached shall cause this easement to revert back to the grantor:
1. Only if City does not have an operating sanitary sewer and
City sewer line within the easement within two (2) years.
2. Developers of Marlo Grove Estates shall construct a
manhole in easement on Penfold property and shall
connect said manhole by gravity flow to sewage system
in Marlo Grove Estates. Said manhole shall have invert
to serve Penfold, Whitehead and Bragg properties to the
South.

any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such right-of-way from time to time.
