hand paid to them ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,

the following described line:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28 South, Range
16 East;
Thence from said Point the following seven (7) courses:
1) North 890 30' 48" West, along the North boundary of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section
33, 147.44 feet; thence departing said North boundary;
2) South 600 32' 27" West, 72.12 feet; to the Point of
Beginning; thence
3) South 600 32' 27" West, 58.97 feet;
4) South 000 41' 23" West; 159.83 feet;
5) South 010 14' 50" West; 269.86 feet; ,
6 ) South 830 13' 55" East; 161. 04 feet;
7 ) South 000 03' 41" East, 252.26 feet; to the Point of
Termination.
This easement being for sanitary sewer purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any sanitary sewer lines and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer lines
from time to time.
