AMENDING THE ZONING ATL AS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF DORA DRIVE AND SHAR BEY ROAD, CONSISTING
OF LOT 21. ROLLING HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS, IS 601 DORA DRIVE, FROM RESIDENTIAL
LAN ED DEVELOPMENT TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 6:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS. the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate. and is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Plan: now, therefore,
