AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR, ('E-RTAI.N REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE
OF Mc 1ALLEN BOOTH ROAD. NORTH OF STATE ROAD 590,
CONSISTING OF M & D 32,105 IN SECTION 4. TOWNSHIP 29
SOrdTH. RANGE 16 EAST. WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1850
Mc OLLEN BOOTH ROAD. AS INSTITUTIONAL: PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
HEREAS the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's_
comprehensive plan: now, therefore.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEAR-WATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. This future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
she City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the
