AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY. TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF BELCH'=ER
ROAM AND SOUTH OF SHARKEY ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT. 2.

2 AND LOT 9 OF SAID OAKMOUNT SUBDIVISION: PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
HFR.EAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth In this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate. and is consistent with the City's
comprehensive plan: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER. FLORIDA.
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows
ProDerty Land Use Category
Lot 2. Oakmount Subdivision, according Residential Low
to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Bock 45, Page 43, public records of
Pinellas County. Florida. together with
the abutting right of way of Oakmount
Road lying between Lot 2 and Lot 9 of
