711 JASMINE SAY. FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL 'TO
COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEIREAS. the amen meat to the zoni atlas of he City as set forth �g h s
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Plan: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it is in the pUblic
interest that a Commercial Planned Development zoning designation is appropri ate
for the subject property even though the property contains a lesser area than
four acres; now. therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEAI141ATER FLORIDA:
