BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY' OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Sec on li. Division 18 of Chapter 40, Code of Ordinances, is amended to read:
DIVISION 18. NORTH GREENWOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (CNG)
Sec. 40.341. General description.
The North Greenwood commercial district is created pufsuafA49-01e-ml DOA
in order to stimulate
reinvestment in and revitaliz Lion of an inner city commercial district. The pre"Iferred
land uses are neighborhood-oriented retail, service and professional uses. It is
inte,mled that
building and parking standards are structured to create a pedestrian shopping
environment. Ad hearence to sign and facade design criteria is encouraged for building
perrnits for new buildings, building additions, and facade modifications pursuant to
sections 36.038 mid-44.42.
Sec. 40.3-42. Bsotablishment; contraction.
The N orth Greenwood commercial district shall be applied to properties located

Sec. 40.343. Permitted uses.
Within the North ( reenwoc,d commercial district, only the following uses and

(3) Restaurants;
