5852-95 ORDINkNCE NO. 5852-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF PI111,1E L AND DRIVE NORTH OF O'ERBROO AVENUE AND WEST OF BETTY LANE, CONSISTING OF PART OF SEC. 3-29-15, M&D 43/0'.2, 'WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS I765 PINELAND DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL. URBAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan;, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of'Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Prgo Land Use Category See Exhibit A.
