ORDINAMCE NO. 5849-995 � AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE ? COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND 1 USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ST. ANTHONY DRIVE, NORTH OF S.R. 590 AND EAST OF U.S. 19, CONSISTING OF LOT 4, BLOCK C, VIRGINIA GROVE TERRACE, FIFTH ADDITION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS E 1761 ST. ANTHONY DRIVE. AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN: PROVIDING N EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS. the amendment to 'the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City°s comprehensive plan; now. therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter descried property as follows: Frert�, .and Use Category Lot 4, Block C. Virginia Grove Terrace, Residential Urban Fifth Addition, according to the reap or ' plat as recor=ded in Book 51, Pages 43 and 44, public records of Pinellas County, Florida (L UP 95-12) Secti on_2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordnance No. 5848-95.
